개인정보 처리방침

이 안내는 Lost in Pixel Studio가 어떤 데이터를 처리하고, 왜, 얼마나, 어떤 권리가 있는지 설명합니다. 사이트는 항상 스튜디오로 말하며, 쇼윈도의 개인으로 말하지 않습니다.

1. 관리자

2. 수집하는 데이터

• 계정: 닉네임, 이메일, 생년월일, 비밀번호 해시, 가입일, 마지막 로그인, 마지막 로그인 IP, 내부 역할, 상태(활성/차단).
• Confirmation mail: a six-digit code sent from the inn to the email you chose. It lights the account, is required for every sign-in, for password, email or nickname changes, and to recover access. It is not a newsletter.
• 수집하지 않음: 이름, 성, 신분증, 주소, 전화번호.
• 메시지: 문의 페이지에서 보낸 내용.
• 기술: 세션 쿠키, 쿠키 설정, 보안 로그(로그인 시도).
• Studio measurement: page path and an anonymous id (account if you are signed in, otherwise IP) counted once per day, with no name.
• Advertising (when AdSense is on): cookies and identifiers from Google and partners, to show ads on all public pages.

3. 법적 근거와 목적

• 계약 이행: 계정 생성·운영, 웹 게임 입장, 여관 운영.
• 법적 의무: 최소 보존, 당국 응답(필요 시).
• 정당한 이익: 보안, 남용 방지, 스태프 작업 로그.
• Personalised ads in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: consent is collected by Google’s certified CMP (Privacy & messaging / IAB TCF), not by a switch on this site.

4. 연령

계정은 13세 이상 대상입니다. 13세 미만 아동 대상이 아닙니다(COPPA). 세계는 유아용 콘텐츠가 아닙니다. Google AdSense 계정 보유자는 18세 이상이어야 합니다: Google 규칙이며 플레이어 연령과 별개입니다.

5. Google AdSense 및 파트너

Lost in Pixel Studio uses Google AdSense to fund the studio. With a Publisher ID, the Google script loads automatically on all public pages. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies or use web beacons and IP addresses to serve ads. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, personalised ads require a Google-certified CMP (IAB TCF v2.3), enabled in AdSense → Privacy & messaging → European regulations. Without that CMP Google may serve only limited or non-personalised ads.

6. 쿠키

Details in the cookie notice. The bottom notice is informational: it does not lock the site.

7. 보존

권한 있는 스태프(Helper 이상, 역할별). 기술 제공자(호스팅, 향후 Google). 이메일 목록 판매 없음.

9. 권리

열람, 정정, 삭제, 제한, 이의, 이동성, 동의 철회. 문의를 통해 행사하세요. 데이터 보호 기관에 불만을 제기할 수 있습니다.

10. 보안

해시 비밀번호, HTTP-only 세션, 폼 CSRF, 매개변수화 쿼리, 로그인과 민감한 변경에 필수인 이메일 코드. 완벽한 시스템은 없습니다: 문의에서 취약점을 신고하세요. 공개 익스플로잇은 피하세요.
