この通知は、Lost in Pixel Studioがどのデータを処理し、なぜ、どのくらいの期間、どの権利があるかを説明します。サイトは常にスタジオとして語り、ショーウィンドウの個人としては語りません。

1. 管理者

Lost in Pixel Studio。連絡先：お問い合わせページおよびメール damotube00@gmail.com。

2. 収集するデータ

  • アカウント：ニックネーム、メール、生年月日、パスワードハッシュ、登録日、最終ログイン、最終ログインIP、内部ロール、ステータス（有効/BAN）。
  • Confirmation mail: a six-digit code sent from the inn to the email you chose. It lights the account, is required for every sign-in, for password, email or nickname changes, and to recover access. It is not a newsletter.
  • 収集しないもの：姓名、身分証、自宅住所、電話番号。
  • メッセージ：お問い合わせページから送信した内容。
  • 技術：セッションクッキー、クッキー設定、セキュリティログ（ログイン試行）。
  • Studio measurement: page path and an anonymous id (account if you are signed in, otherwise IP) counted once per day, with no name.
  • Advertising (when AdSense is on): cookies and identifiers from Google and partners, to show ads on all public pages.

3. 法的根拠と目的

  • 契約の履行：アカウントの作成・運用、Webゲームへの入場、宿のモデレーション。
  • 法的義務：最低限の保存、当局への回答（必要な場合）。
  • 正当な利益：セキュリティ、不正防止、スタッフ操作ログ。
  • Personalised ads in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: consent is collected by Google’s certified CMP (Privacy & messaging / IAB TCF), not by a switch on this site.

4. 年齢

アカウントは13歳以上向けです。13歳未満の子供向けではありません（COPPA）。ワールドは幼児向けコンテンツではありません。Google AdSenseアカウント保有者は18歳以上である必要があります：これはGoogleの規則で、プレイヤー年齢とは別です。

5. Google AdSenseとパートナー

Lost in Pixel Studio uses Google AdSense to fund the studio. With a Publisher ID, the Google script loads automatically on all public pages. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies or use web beacons and IP addresses to serve ads. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, personalised ads require a Google-certified CMP (IAB TCF v2.3), enabled in AdSense → Privacy & messaging → European regulations. Without that CMP Google may serve only limited or non-personalised ads.

Details in the cookie notice. The bottom notice is informational: it does not lock the site.

7. 保存期間

アカウント：開いている間、その後合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化（法または有効なBANでより長期が必要な場合を除く）。セキュリティログ：数ヶ月。チケット：案件に必要な期間。ページビュー：集計後、定期クリーンアップ。

8. 受領者

権限のあるスタッフ（Helper以上、ロールによる）。技術プロバイダー（ホスティング、将来Google）。メーリングリストの販売なし。

9. 権利

アクセス、訂正、消去、制限、異議、ポータビリティ、同意の撤回。お問い合わせから行使してください。データ保護当局への苦情申立てが可能です。

10. セキュリティ

ハッシュ化パスワード、HTTP-onlyセッション、フォームのCSRF、パラメータ化クエリ、ログインと重要な変更に必須のメールコード。完璧なシステムはありません：お問い合わせから脆弱性を報告してください。公開エクスプロイトは避けてください。
