Terms of service

By using the site and, when they are public, the web games of Lost in Pixel Studio, you accept these terms. If you do not, do not create an account and do not enter the worlds.

1. The studio

The service is offered by Lost in Pixel Studio. Games in the catalogue, when there are any, are pixel-art web games: RPGs with farming, crafting and building, in 2D and 2.5D. Entering a playable title requires an account.

2. Account

• Unique nickname, email, password, date of birth. Never a legal name.
• Minimum 13 years. Anyone younger does not register.
• An account is a place at the table, not an ID document. Do not impersonate staff.
• You are responsible for the password. Report strange logins from Contact.
• The account lights after the code sent to the email. The same code is required to sign in, change password, change email or nickname, and recover access. Without confirmation you do not enter playable worlds.

3. Conduct

No hate, harassment, scams, exploits, wild scraping, spam, illegal content. The worlds are made to be played, not broken. Staff may warn, suspend or ban according to role (Helper, Moderator, Administrator, Staff Administrator, Founder).

4. Staff roles

The Founder rules the permission matrix and may assign every role except creating other Founders from the panel (the Founder is born at install). Staff Administrator may change roles below them, never touch a Founder. Administrator, Staff Administrator and Moderator may ban those below them. Helper helps tickets, does not see stats. Moderator does not see stats.

5. Games

Web games may be unfinished, paused, or withdrawn. We do not promise eternal uptime. Saves, when they exist, stay on studio systems. Exploits and cheats kick the table over.

6. Property

Logo, names, pixels, copy, site code: Lost in Pixel Studio. Do not redistribute the games as if they were yours. The nickname stays yours as a label, not as a mark on the studio.

7. Advertising

We may show Google AdSense on every page, within Google policy. Do not click ads at random to “help the studio”: AdSense rules and these terms forbid it.

8. Limitation

The site is offered “as is”. Within the law we are not liable for indirect damage from downtime or from a harvest gone wrong in a web game.

9. Changes

We may update the terms. The date at the top counts. Continued use after a material change counts as acceptance, unless a different legal duty applies.

10. Law

Unless mandatory rules protect you, Italian law applies. Venue: the one the law sets for a consumer if you are a consumer.
